Laura and her family are originally from Georgia and are relocating to take on this exciting opportunity beginning June 12th. Laura has most recently served as the Camping Director at Lawhorn Scouting Base in the Flint River Council, Griffin, GA and is a long-term volunteer before joining the professional ranks of the Boy Scouts. Laura's background includes real estate bookkeeping and property development management, so the prospect of developing the NorCal Adventure Area is a perfect match of her experience and passion for all things camping in Boy Scouts. The Camping Department is recuiting a crew to help clean up, restore trails, etc. and overall help get camp ready for resident camp.
