Our scouts have been invited once again to help out at the Whitney Ranch Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday morning, April 4th.
The boys will need to be at the Whitney Community Park ready to go by 8:30am.
Here is a list of what they will be doing that morning, The coordinator will meet us there and explain everything.
Set Up;
Unload cars
Lay out cones/flags/stakes
Lay out eggs
Post signs
Stand guard until the egg hunt begins
Clean Up:
Pick up all the extra and broken eggs - red bucket
Take down signs
Take down cones/flags/stakes
Pick up trash
Load everything into car
After the egg hunt is over and everything is cleaned up, we are invited to head over to the Ranch House for pancakes.
Please email me at joanncstone88@gmail.com to let me know if your scout will be able to attend so I can give their Coordinator a head count for breakfast. This is a great opportunity for our boys to serve our community and they will be earning service hours as well. I hope to hear from you all soon.
