We are going to Yosemite on Friday, June 5 for three nights!
This trip is a combination of service, hiking and fun. We will camp in the valley. We have the day free on Saturday and then volunteer on Sunday and again for a couple of hours on Monday before we head home. We went on a similar trips last year and had a great time! Even the volunteering is laid back and fun. And there is plenty of free time on volunteer days to hike and sightsee. This is a family camp, so your whole family can come (minimum age 5 years old). Each person attending must participate in the volunteer effort. I will lead a group on Saturday to hike to the top of Yosemite Falls, a very challenging hike. But others may choose to stay in the valley that day. Either way, it will be a great time.
