Please email your suggestions for a name to me—Kathy Neuburger at istahap@jps.net before February 17. We cannot directly email youth but please invite them to submit their ideas by email too.
Consider some of the features and history of the new district area, which includes Lincoln, Loomis, Rocklin, Granite Bay and Roseville.
We will take the suggestions, narrow it down to the more popular possibilities, and send out a ballot for people to cast their ballots.
The final new district name will be revealed at District Dinner on March 7.
