Scouters! I'm pleased to announce that based on the success of our efforts in 2014, the Sacramento Kings have invited the Cub and Boy Scouts of the Sierra Gateway District back for an evening of participation in patriotism at a Kings Game. We've identified Friday, January 16th, 2015 versus the Miami Heat to give us up to 40% off on our group tickets. The first 25 Cub and/or Boy Scouts to register will have the opportunity to hold the LARGE American flag on the court for the National Anthem. Further, everyone in attendance from our group will have the opportunity to come down ONTO the center court for a group picture from up high by the Sacramento Kings. Either of these experiences will be an amazing memory for your boy(s)!
I've attached a pdf with a link to order your tickets and 3 photos that we took in January 2014 during our practice, a group photo while waiting to go onto the court and a pic of our boys who were announced as "Boy Scouts from the Sierra Gateway District". It was quite a night.
We're hoping to continue this relationship to provide our boys good opportunities now and in the future at the NEW arena!
PLEASE forward this to all of your parents so if the pack or troop funds can't cover your unit, the parents can bring their boy(s) for a fun night! See ya there!
Any questions, let me know.
Thanks,
Judd
