I understand your district roundtable is on Thursday.  I was wondering if you could mention Scout Expo 2015.  Here are some bullet points:

• Dates: April 17-19, 2015
• Location: Beale Air Force Base - Marysville
• Cub Scouts - Saturday, April 18th
• Webelos - Saturday, April 18th with option to stay overnight on Saturday
• Boy Scouts, Varsity and Venturing - April 17-19, 2015
• Arena Show featuring; Chief Scout Executive, Wayne Brock. Artist and performer David Garibaldi (America's Got Talent Finalist), Dave the Horn Guy.
• STEM Area, Merit Badge Midway, Climbing Walls, Shooting Sports, Venturing Area, Community Showcase, Conservation Trail, Military Exhibits, and much more.
• Fun Run 
• Interfaith Services
• OA Village and recognition of Call Out Candidates
• Flight Line displays
• Trading Post and lots of Scout Expo goodies

Our hope is that the registration will be up and running by December 1, 2014.  Thank you in advance for promoting the biggest event of the year.
