Parents,
The troop is planning on singing Christmas carols on December 11th at Sunrise of Rocklin, a retirement home. We will meet at Sunrise, 6100 Sierra College Blvd (X-street is Southside Ranch Rd.), at 6 p.m.
The weekly troop meeting will begin after the caroling at 7:15 p.m. This will give the carolers time to get back to the community center. Mark your calendars for this change of start time.
Due to the size of the facility, we are limited to 20 participants for the caroling. Please reply to this email with your son's name if you want him to go. It will be first come, first served. There's a limited capacity for adults. With five adults (including Alex on the guitar), that leaves 15 slots for the boys. Please respond no later than Monday, November 24th.
We will inevitably need to carpool the boys from Sunrise back to the community center. I think this means less parents especially if those attending have multi-passenger vehicles. However, the boys will need a ride to the facility.
