Attached is the Fire Arms Permission slip and Troop 29 Permission Slip:
Fire Arms Permission Slip. This form has three slots to fill out and sign. You only need to fill out one slot per Scout. If you have more than one Scout in your family, you can use one slot for each Scout.
Troop 29 Permission Slip. I need one permission slip for each Scout with $35 for Troop 29 transportation and equipment costs. You can use Scout account money or attach a check made payable to Troop 29.
$10 for Lunch for Saturday’s Trip Home: I also need an envelope with $10 cash with your Scout’s name on it for lunch on the way home from summer camp. This way you will be ensured that your Scout will have money for lunch on the way home.
I need all forms back, BSA Medical, Fire Arms Permission Slip, and Troop 29 Permission Slip and the $10 Lunch Envelope by June 19th. So please bring them in ASAP.
