1) T-shirt orders are going in tomorrow. The cost including shipping will be $16 for the cotton shirts and $21 for the Sport-Tek shirts. If you still want a shirt and have not placed an order, now is the time. All requests need to be in to me via e-mail (mpugh@drakehablan.com) before noon tomorrow (4-19-14).
2) I have only gotten merit badge and first class trail schedules for only 9 out of the 30 Scouts attending camp. So far all schedules have been accepted with the exception of one which we were able to work out by slightly modifying the Scout’s schedule. One class that is already full is the morning session for First Class (11:00 am – 12:00 am). The afternoon session (3:00 pm – 4:00 pm) was still open the last time I checked. Other classes will be filling up as time progresses, so I encourage the remaining 21 Scouts to get me their schedules as soon as possible. We want to make sure everyone gets to attend the classes they want at summer Camp.
3) Medical forms are due to the Troop at the last Troop meeting in May (May29th). The medical forms can be found in the following link:

Please schedule your doctor appointments, get your physicals, and get me your forms; the sooner the better.
4) I will be sending out a notice later this week with a spread sheet showing the merit badge schedules that I have to date and t-shirt orders with the costs associated with each for each Scout. At that time I will be asking for payment by either a check made payable to Troop 29 or by use of your Scout Account dollars. Stay tuned.
