Don't miss out on Troop 29's FIRST EVER CQE Hike! CQE (close, quick and easy) is a new type of outing we are going to do to provide more activities than just camping.
For our first CQE, we are going to do the Sacramento Historic Trail which has both an award and AWESOME patch that both the scouts and adults can earn. The plan is to follow the trail map for the Sac Historic Trail which is approximately 5 miles roundtrip. Our destinations include, the State Capitol, the California Railroad Museum, Sutter's Fort (our starting and ending place), among others. We will stop for lunch.
This is a FAMILY event! Any family member is welcome to come along, however only registered scouts and adults will get the award and patch.
COST: $3 for the patch (if you are a registered scout or adult)
Everyone will pay their own way for lunch and the Railroad Museum
