As many of you may have heard, I have been seeking employment for sometime in the area. Amazingly, I have received acceptance from the General Dynamic Corporation doing what I am blessed to love doing. Accepting this position is a joy accompanied by a great deal of sadness due to the work location being in Santa Clara, CA (out by San Jose). This will come with a move for the Roe family, which weighs heavily upon us due to all of the friendships we have established and grown over the years here. I will be starting my new position on 3/31, and be mainly staying in that area during the week while coming home during the weekend to have family time and participate in the remainder of my Scouting obligations, including the upcoming Court of Honor and Spring Camporee.
As we transition, I personally want to convey to all of you the great impact your families and especially your Scouts have had upon us, as we pray we have had on you.
