| Wilderness First Aid Heading to the Backcountry? Camping more than 30 minutes from a hospital? If you said yes to either of these questions, then at least one person in your unit should be Wilderness First Aid Trained! The GEC High Adventure Team organizes several trainings each year. 2017 schedule is now available.
| Den Leader Rally  On the morning of Saturday, August 13, Golden Empire Council train 52 Scouters during the Den Leader Rally. Leaders learn basic to be a Den leader and sing songs. They walk away with information about recruiting, STEM Nova, on line resources, and Lion Scouts - just to mention a few items. Thanks you to everyone that help make it possible!
