Just a friendly reminder... if you visit your scout's Scoutbook page please, please, please remember DO NOT enter or approve anything that has to do with putting in an official completed/approved date for Rank Advancement, Merit Badges, Leadership Positions, and Awards. I am the only one who can enter these important dates as they are also recorded in your scouts official transcript on the BSA website. If the dates are incorrect it makes for a drawn out Eagle application process.
As I am inputting summer camp merit badges I have come across a couple merit badges that have been entered as earned as well as a leadership position. This information CANNOT be entered until I have the correct paperwork/merit badge blue card/approval from Todd Gedde.
Things like requirements for merit badges or rank advancement may be entered by someone other than me. Camping, hiking, and service hours can also be entered as long as they have Todd Gedde's approval first, however these are typically done by the adult leader heading up the planned activity.
